Adding a New Measure to the User Experience Dashboard

This pop up window appears when you click the Add A New Measure button in the CONFIGURED MEASURES page that appears when you navigate through the menu sequence: Admin -> Monitor -> Monitor Settings -> User Experience Dashboard ->Configured Measures.

To add more measures to the User Experience Dashboard, do the following:

  1. First, select a user type from the User Type list.
  2. Then, select a test from the Test name list.
  3. All the measures that are reported by the chosen test will then be populated in the Measures list.
  4. From this list, select the measure that should appear in the User Experience Dashboard.
  5. Then, specify the display name of the measure in the Display text box i.e., you can override the default name of the measure and provide the name of your choice for the chosen Measure.
  6. To add the measure, click on the Add button therein. In the same way, you can add multiple measures for display in the User Experience Dashboard.
