By default, in the Selected component types for discovery section, all the components that can be discovered will be listed. This section can be customized, to discover only a particular component type, do the following:

• Click on the Configure components for discovery () icon.
• The Select components to be discovered page will then appear. By default, All option will be choosen. To customize the discovery, select the components you wish to discover from the list. For example, if you wish to discover only the JBoss and JRun components from the application server, then select the Application Server from the Category list, and then choose JBoss and JRun from the Components list. Finally click on the Apply button.
• Now you can see only the specific components listed in the Selected component types for discovery section.
