Upgrade Now - Upgrade

To upgrade a selected agent(s) within the next 15 minutes, do the following:

• Select the Upgrade now option.

• Next, from the AUTO UPGRADEABLE AGENTS list, select the agent(s) that needs to be upgraded now.

• Then, click the Enable icon to transfer the selection to the AGENTS TO UPGRADE NOW list.

• To disable this capability later, select the agent(s) from the AGENTS TO UPGRADE NOW list, click the Disable icon, and transfer the selection back to the AUTO UPGRADEABLE AGENTS list.

• Finally, click on the Update button
