The Panzura Cloud File system runs on the Panzura Cloud Controllers and connects to public or private cloud storage. Panzura’s cloud controllers provide access to data locally at high speeds without any modifications to existing applications or clients. In the background, Panzura cloud controllers consolidate file and unstructured data in the cloud.

Often any stuck processes/bottlenecks can impose a prohibitive load on the controller, choking the CPU. This way, it takes longer time than ususal to connect to the cloud storage or access data locally. To proactively avoid such processesing bottlenecks, you have to constantly monitor the CPU utilization of the target appliance. The PzCPUTest helps administratoirs in this regard! This test reports the current CPU utilization of the controller, and alerts you to potential CPU contentions. This helps administrators to promptly capture any sudden spikes in CPU usage.
