Measures reported by SPOUsersActvtyDtl

The SPOUsersActvtyDtl reports the user file activities such as viewing/editing of files, sharing of files with the users within/outside of the organization and the number of visits made by the user on unique pages in Microsoft SharePoint Online. This test also reports whether/not the user has license for Microsoft SharePoint Online application.

Outputs of the test: One set of results each user in the Microsoft SharePoint Server that is being monitored.

The measures made by this test are as follows:

viewedEditedFileCnt Indicates the number of files the user uploaded, downloaded, modified, or viewed in Microsoft SharePoint Online. Number

 
syncedFileCnt Indicates the number of files that were synced by the user in Microsoft SharePoint Online. Number

 
sharedInFileCnt Indicates the number of files that have been shared with users within the organization or with users within groups (that might include external users). Number

 
sharedExFileCnt Indicates the number of files that have been shared with users outside of the organization. Number

 
visitedPgCount Indicated the number of visits made by the user to unique pages in Microsoft SharePoint Online. Number

 
hasLicenses Indicates the user has Microsoft SharePoint Online License.  

The numeric values that correspond to these measure values are as follows:

Note:

By default, this test reports the Measure Values listed in the table above to indicate whether/not the user has Microsoft SharePoint Online License.

If the user has an Microsoft SharePoint Online License, then the value of this measure will be Yes. If not, then this measure will report the value No.
